Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi was born on October 2, 1869, and died on January 30, 1948, also called Mahatma Gandhi in Sanskrit means “great soul".

Gandhi's belief that by working together, the decline – persons will eventually realise his error and discontinuing the then attitude is not fair.
When he returned to India, he helped in the process of independence of India from the colonies of the United Kingdom. This then gave the inspiration for
the people in the other colonies in order to fight get its independence and break upBritish India to form the Commonwealth.
People from different faiths and different tribes living in India at that time convinced that India need to be broken down into several countries so that different groupscan have their own State.
A lot of people who want to be the religions of Hinduism and Islam have their owncountry. Gandhi was a Hindu but he preferred the thoughts of other religions including Islam and Christianity.
